Soak / Electro Cleaner: We have a wide range of degreasers that can suit your needs. They are available in electrolytic and immersion versions and can be used on a wide variety of base materials. Copper, steel, stainless steel, nickel and different types of alloys are just some base metals that our degreasers can be used on. We have degreasers that are alkaline, acidic and neutral in nature. Belt Stripping Chemistry: Our belt strippers have a fast stripping rate but do not attack the stainless steel belt of the plating machine. There is no sludge generated and the chemical life is long. These products are simple and convenient to use with absolutely no detrimental effects on your equipment. Our belt strippers are available in both immersion and electrolytic versions.

BGA Flux: Although the BGA flux is not used in the plating of leadframe based packages, we have included this product in our range of products offered to our customers. This is part of our company’s total solutions provider strategy. Our BGA flux is neutral and does not contain any halides. It is excellent in enhancing the solderability and removing the oxides.

Lead Free Stripper: We have developed a new immersion belt stripper for tin-bismuth plating. This product is comparable to our tin-lead strippers in terms of performance and mileage. If you have require a belt stripper for other types of plating, we would also be able to develop it for you.
