Anti-Tarnish: Our anti-tarnish product is suitable for use in the final process of leadframe manufacturing. It is designed to protect and prevent copper surfaces from tarnishing upon exposure to the environment. This product is suitable for copper and its common alloys.

Acid Activator: We have various acid activators suitable for use with many base metals. These base metals include copper, steel, stainless steel, aluminum etc. These acid activators will activate the surface so that the adhesion between the plated metal and the base layer will be enhanced. They also have excellent oxide removing capabilities.

Descaling Chemistry: We have the descaling chemistry for all types of copper and copper alloys which are used as base materials of leadframes. We developed a chemical that can prevent black smut on C7025 leadframes. This product is not only cost effective, it does not contain any halides which will cause solderability issues.

Deflashing Chemistry: Our deflashing chemicals will soften flash or resin bleed quickly and effectively. They will not attack copper and the various alloys that are used as base material for leadframes. Our electrolytic deflasher can also function as a degreaser to remove light grease and dirt on the leadframes. Our immersion deflasher is able to soften very stubborn flash, which cannot be removed in the plating lines, offline.
